By accessing or using Amorno ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

Amorno is a private mobile application designed for couples to share memories, notes, wishlist items, affirmations, and other content. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3 User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person is permitted.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use the service for any commercial purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Amorno. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you and your partner.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it.

6 Subscriptions and Payments

Amorno offers both free and premium subscription tiers. For premium subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies
• One subscription covers both partners in a couple

7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amorno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
