The agreement between us and you.

These Terms are the agreement between you and Amorno when you use the app. They cover what you can do, what we promise to do, and what happens if either of us doesn’t hold up our end. We’ve tried to write this in English, not Legalese, but if anything is unclear, write to us and we’ll explain.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it secure, and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. One account per person, please.

• ·You must be 16 or older to use Amorno.
• ·You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• ·You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access others’ data.

Everything you put into Amorno, photos, notes, affirmations, wishes, stays yours. You grant us a strictly limited licence to store and display it back to you and your partner, and nothing more. We don’t use it for marketing, training, or any other purpose.

Amorno is a private space, but a few things are off-limits regardless.

• ·No illegal content of any kind.
• ·No content that depicts minors in sexualised or exploitative ways.
• ·No attempts to break, probe, or interfere with the service.
• ·No reselling, scraping, or commercial redistribution.

Amorno is free to start with the 14-day Welcome Period. Premium subscriptions renew automatically through your app store and can be cancelled there at any time, with access continuing until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, but we’ll always tell you why and, where possible, give you a chance to put things right first.

Amorno is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
